Start with the sauce using these ingredients:
- 6 ounces tomato juice
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- Dash of hot sauce
- Pinch of cayenne
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Combine ingredients in a saucepan, then cook to a boil. After ingredients are thoroughly mixed, remove from heat.

- One 4- to 6-pound Boston butt bone-in pork roast

This Chicken Tortilla Soup recipe will be one of your favorites.
Use the following ingredients.
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/4 lb. skinless, bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 garlic clove, chopped

- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 3/4 tsp. ground cumin

- 3 oz. green beans halved

Cover and cook on low seven to eight hours. Add squash and green beans. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove chicken, shred meat, and discard bones. Return to slow cooker. Stir in lime juice and cilantro. Serve with jalapeños, cilantro, and sour cream, and tortilla chips.
